Social performance

As a social enterprise transformed from NGO, the pursuit of social value maximization is the gene of the rural credit and the inherent. CD Finance follow and promote international micro credit double bottom line management principles, adhere to both financial performance and social performance of enterprises, and the social performance management said the company strategy, is committed to the professional microcredit institutions and rural credit construction as a beneficial to the society. The social performance management work of CFPA to follow the international universal practice, focus on social performance management, financial inclusion and protection of clients, human resources and social improvement in five aspects, every aspect of social performance concept throughout the company.

Social Performance Governance

The Social Performance Council and Social Performance Working Committee are responsible for the formulation of the company's social performance strategy and the implementation of daily management, and regularly publish social performance management reports and external data to achieve openness and transparency. We also ensure that the concept of social performance is integrated into all aspects of our operations.

Financial HP

On the one hand, we continue to cultivate the rural financial market, covering more than 100,000 villages in 20 provinces and benefiting more than 7 million farmers in total. On the one hand, it continues to build its own capacity, and the service products it provides are gradually expanded from micro-credit to micro-insurance, agricultural e-commerce, and direct agricultural products procurement ...... to achieve the transformation from a single credit service to a diversified and comprehensive service.

Customer protection

Combined with the international advanced customer protection evaluation system, we always pay attention to the customer satisfaction evaluation of the services provided by the company, promptly introduce various policies to prevent customers from being overly responsible, protect customer privacy, ensure customer information security, provide a variety of complaint channels, and at the same time, strengthen the internal publicity of employees to enhance their awareness and level of customer protection and promote the common growth of employees and customers.
